The 2026 Virginia Cat Festival will be held on November 7-8 in Williamsburg, VA at the Greater Williamsburg Sports & Events Center. Our mission is to celebrate all things cats, cultivate community among the people that love them, and help cats in need.

EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

Our event is a celebration of all things cats and the incredible community of people who love them. We curate our marCATplace to reflect that spirit and prioritize exhibitors whose products, services, or missions clearly connect to cats and the cat-loving lifestyle.

Exhibitors should offer items that appeal to cat people. While not everything in your booth must be cat-related, your display should include merchandise, services, or messaging that meaningfully connects to cats or cat culture.

Because this is a family-friendly event, all products and displays must be appropriate for all ages.

We welcome a wide range of exhibitors, including:

• Cat products, toys, and accessories

• Cat-themed art, apparel, and home goods

• Pet-related services

• Makers, artists, and lifestyle brands with cat-inspired offerings

We encourage interested exhibitors to apply early! Selections are made on a rolling basis and offering attendees a variety of products, services, and experiences is a priority.

NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

As part of our mission to support cats in need, we partner with nonprofit organizations whose work supports cats, animal welfare, and the broader pet-loving community. A limited number of exhibitor spaces will be given to nonprofit organizations free of charge. Selected nonprofits should be prepared to create an engaging and informative experience for attendees.

Organizations that will be a good fit for these exhibitor spaces:

• Have a clear mission related to cats, animal welfare, rescue, adoption, or pet care

• Have a polished and well-prepared booth setup

• Staff their booth with knowledgeable representatives who can speak about the organization’s work, programs, and impact

• Will actively engage with attendees, answer questions, and share information about ways to support the organization

We encourage interested organizations to apply early, space is limited!‍ ‍

RAFFLE PRIZE SPONSORS

We’re seeking raffle prize donations that will appeal to our cat-loving community! All raffle ticket proceeds will be donated to the participating nonprofit animal welfare organizations.

Please note:

• Donors are responsible for shipping items to the event team ahead of the festival.

• Service-based prizes (such as pet photography) must provide clear details so raffle participants can easily understand if they will be able to redeem the prize.

Raffle prize sponsors will be recognized on the festival’s website and displayed by their raffle prize during the event. Interested in donating a prize? Please submit an application!
